		<description>Wow! You certainly hit the nail on the head with this one!  Great suggestions for resolution, and it all sounds so logical when you step back and consider. Everyone needs to focus on the issues and not the personalities. We have to recognise that each person brings something potentially valuable to the table in all our discussions, and we should never discount one another. After all, we have a singular goal in mind, but not everyone shares the same vision. It is important to give respect, and to give everyone an opportunity to &quot;buy in&quot; to  the main ideas and get on board. We should always check our egos outside the meeting, and remember who and what we are working for and what we are all trying to accomplish together. Thanks for the great post!
